and the berry season keeps going :) now it’s wild lingonberry time :)
we are out and about picking these wonderful superberries that are sparkling on the mossy ground, bursting full of organic acids, vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins and the elements potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus
for 4 cups you need:
2 hand full of frozen lingonberries (all other berries go well)
2 sliced and frozen bananas
2 tbsp of honey
combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until everything is well mixed and creamy. serve directly.
