

Vanilla rhombs
Bottom layer: 500 gr almonds 300 gr dates 1 tbs coconut oil 8 gr vanilla powder Chocolate layer: 200 gr raw chocolate 1,5 dl coconut oil 5 gr vanilla powder 3 tbs honey Mix the dry ingredients to flour, put in dates and oil and mix to a batter. Put the batter into a dish so it covers the bottom. When stiffen cut the cake into squares or robes. Melt coconut oil and chocolate carefully in a water bath together with honey and vanilla. See to that it stays thick. Put it on top of


lingonberry nicecream
and the berry season keeps going :) now it’s wild lingonberry time :) we are out and about picking these wonderful superberries that are sparkling on the mossy ground, bursting full of organic acids, vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins and the elements potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus for 4 cups you need: 2 hand full of frozen lingonberries (all other berries go well) 2 sliced and frozen bananas 2 tbsp of honey combine all ingredients in a blender or food processo

quick fix apple tart
scraping the barrel before going on a trip and having to take care of summers remaining apples I very quickly threw together a tart today. you could not say it was raw if you didn’t know it… for the crust you need: 6 dl nut or seed flower of your liking
