well, yes, it’s that time of the year and I have been LOOONGING
for those greens to peek out again, long time no see in Sweden…
today I could not help but free the first birch tree of it’s tiny tiny leaves.
they are known for their vitalizing and cleansing attributes.

it’s said they make you beautiful from within (more than you already are!) some examples of edible weeds are ground elder, tiny nettles, dandelion leaves, garden sorrel, chickweed, you name them…

alkalising spring greens
spring is finally here!!! and with it the first wild greens!
a moment I have been waiting for in 5 months!!! perfect timing for lowering your acid levels after all Easter feasting….
so run out into the garden, park or parking lot…and pick a handful of daffodil leaves, birch leaves or nettles and get ready for your alkalizing morning drink. for 1 ½ liters you need: 2 apples in pieces
