another recipe taking care of your cleansing and the spring greens popping up everywhere, even in the northern hemisphere - mind you we still just got around 10 degrees here in Southern Sweden…. :( this recipe is inspired by the “inventor of green smoothies” Victoria Boutenko, we lowered the original amount of dandelion, tried it on our “not at all raw” grandfather, and he requested more! no more complaining about the dandelion leaves in your beautiful meadows!

those highly nutritious superfood “pralines” we just whipped together before going to a little friends house for “fika”.
they are made out of “left overs” from making almond milk and our famous red beet chocolate muffins (oh, I think, I still owe you the recipe….?!?)
the dough turned out to be somewhat “nutella like”, so our little Eja actually ate part of it on broccoli stem slices that she decided were the perfect bread =:o relax! you can enjoy them as shown on the pictu

well, I have been promising this recipe on fb last week, or the week before?
for the deepening class for raw food educators last week by Gothenburg our group created "4 small asian dishes" for dinner, I pitched in with the poultry ;) makes about 8 sticks:
2dl brazil nuts, soaked over night
½ dl mesquite
1 dl nutritional yeast (b-yeast)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cumin, pulverized
1 tsp coriander, dried & pulverized
½ tsp turmeric
ca. 1 tbsp water
½ tsp seasalt
8 sticks
