living in Sweden these days means having to be VERY fast in order to catch that warm and sunny moment … that ice cream moment….
which means being in dear need of the ”quickest ice cream in the world recipe”…. and this one I guarantee is fast, almost faster than opening your freezer and picking out some bought variations, in case there are any lingering around ;)
for a big portion of two:
open your freezer and see what kind of red berries you might have (ca. 220 g)
peel two ripe bananas
take a pinch of sea salt
take a pinch of vanilla powder
combine everything in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until very smooth.
