raw chocolate eggs for Easter
in search for healthy alternatives to Easter goodies?
I got lots of ideas, not all are fulfilled yet, so you won’t see pictures. some examples:
you could for example fill eggshells with chocolate cream (see topping of the recipe for the minty green crunch cake) , you can make bunny-shaped cakes with all cake recipes from this blog, use stencils or sharp knives to cut out Easter figures from greens or fruit, etc. there are no boundaries to your phantasies and creativity! her

luxury in a glass
still waiting for the greens to sprout outside I created tonight’s desert
from our “breakfast waste”. (we had chia porridge and smoothie) fruit crème with mascarpone topping – without mascarpone ;) for you that ate up all your breakfast today, this is the recipe from scratch: makes 4 midsize glasses fruit creme:
4 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp blueberries
1 apple
1 banana
2 dl nutmylk, I took almond here (preferably self made ;) ) mascarpone topping:
4 tbsp almond pulp (if you

minty-green crunch cake
finally recovered from all illnesses, sicknesses and coughs, thanks to all juicing :) it’s time for a naughty cake recipe again, what do you think? minty-green?!?
having forced our neighbor to invite me for dinner I promised to bring the desert
(being afraid that we would be without otherwise ;) ). as I thought about a topic, after-dinner-mint seemed reasonable, so there we had the taste, and of course mint is green, right? so as an homage to the building we are sharing I c

blueghurt
finally, finally we got our new batch of blueberry juice freshly from the woods of northern Sweden :) (ok, they were frozen by now) so our daughters favorite breakfast dish is back on the menu! (psst, have a look on our product page…maybe we got some juice left) trying to avoid milk products this is a real alternative to yoghurt, supporting you with even more nutrients and NO artificial sugar! loves your your stomach in the morning with the probiotics and you even get your go

fresh into the new year, stuff yourself and your family with greens! here comes one of my favorite family dinners, meaning it takes almost no time to prepare, there is something in it for everyone and you get to chose your own ingredients, use what your pantry has to offer. and it’s a lot of fun to eat….go get your hands dirty! you need : lots of different stuff to make it fun :) nori sheets, cut in ca. 4cm stripes greens cut in mm thick sticks (eg. cucumber, avocado, carrot,

last minute new year cake :)
want to make sure you got the right taste on your lips morphing from 14 into 15? let sweet memories pass by and welcome a sweet future to come :) being another homage to India -the country that gave us energy, light and love in the past weeks- this New Years desert ranges from orange to white and green. Inspired by a ladoo recipe (Indian sweet treat) this was created with what our little holiday home had to offer. for the dough: grated peel of 2 lemons juice of 1 lemon ground

wintery coleslaw masala
yapp, it’s about masala again, traditional Indian spice mixes that just go with anything and spice up your life. chili, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper are common ingredients and I suggest you decide yourself which of the ingredients you like, which best go with your stomach or diet and also how much you want to use, just be creative. for a bowl of coleslaw that serves at least 2 as a main dish you need: 1 crushed clove of garlic 1 tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cinn

fake herring
hej again, on all my groups I see requests for christmas recipes... well, I still think: don't be so traditional, forget about christmas food and dig into all the wonderful spices India has to offer, it all reminds you of christmas....ginger, cinnamon, cardamom....and get creative! nevertheless, I will share two of my swedish favourites as this is requested and a nice and quick way around the fishy part of the swedish "julbord" ;) simple senapssill – ”mustard herring” 1 small

quick fix apple tart
scraping the barrel before going on a trip and having to take care of summers remaining apples I very quickly threw together a tart today. you could not say it was raw if you didn’t know it… for the crust you need: 6 dl nut or seed flower of your liking
(eg put almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut shreds etc. in your high speed blender and mix until they have a flower like consistency, this way you can adapt to any allergies and even avoid nuts.) ½ dl psyllium husk for more flu
