luxury in a glass

still waiting for the greens to sprout outside I created tonight’s desert from our “breakfast waste”. (we had chia porridge and smoothie)

fruit crème with mascarpone topping – without mascarpone ;)

for you that ate up all your breakfast today, this is the recipe from scratch:

makes 4 midsize glasses

fruit creme: 4 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp blueberries 1 apple 1 banana 2 dl nutmylk, I took almond here (preferably self made ;) )

mascarpone topping: 4 tbsp almond pulp (if you made your mylk yourself) otherwise grind down some almonds or other nuts or seeds and add a little water.

2 tbsp agave syrup or other healthy sweetener 1 tsp vanilla ½ dl nutmylk

1 dl melted coconut oil

mix all ingredients for the fruit crème in a blender and fill into your nicest glasses. mix all ingredients for the topping in your blender, except the coconut oil.

You may have to add some more nutmylk, depending on how moist your nutpulp was. once well mixed and fluffy drizzle in the coconut oil and mix on highest speed until creamy and fluffy J.

then pour over the fruit crème and put in your fridge for at least 20 minutes.

ready to tempt even the most satisfied taste buds!
