peanut masala
a quick snack for a warm day, goes even as a lunch.
the whole family dug in.
you need:
3 dl peanuts, ideally raw or dried on low temperature, dry roasted goes fine but is of course not raw.
one tomato, finely chopped
1-2 chives, finely chopped
one handful chopped cilantro
juice of one lime
your own masala mixture of green cardamom pods, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, and ground black peppercorn
put all ingredients together in your favorite bowl, toss and enjoy.
if you are in for the extra crunch just crumble some papadum over.
