a good excuse


so sorry to have been "silent" for a couple of weeks, my "good" excuse is that I took a deep dive into a super interesting course on circular economy. but last weekend's christmas workshop with a lovely group of dedicated people got me back on track :) *** I promise christmas recipes will follow, plus don't forget to dig into last year's recipes as well, there was fake hering, drinkable ginger bread, lingonberry mousse and cole slaw masala :) click on the right menue in december 2014 or simply here
