frozen fruit ’n juice
and yes, we have taken some time off, so not too many new recipes came along, however we create something every day, just the camera and note pen got to rest ;)
here another quick and vitamine rich popsicle idea needs to be spread, darn simple:
your favourite and most decorative fruit, cut in slices
your favourite fruit or vegetable juice
here we played with kiwis, raspberrries, starfruit and apple juice.
drop the sliced fruit into the popsicle forms and press them against the outside of the form, so they are visible once frozen, fill the rest of your form with the juice and freeze for a couple of hours (depends on your forms, freezer and the kind of juice you use, but 3-4 hours should be enough)
