Bottom layer:

500 gr almonds

300 gr dates

1 tbs coconut oil

8 gr vanilla powder

Chocolate layer:

200 gr raw chocolate 

1,5 dl coconut oil

5 gr vanilla powder

3 tbs honey

a quick snack for a warm day, goes even as a lunch.

you need:

3 dl peanuts, ideally raw or dried on low temperature, dry roasted goes fine but is of course not raw.
